Sainte Rose du Lac, often abbreviated as Ste Rose du Lac, is an unincorporated urban community nestled in the Municipality of Ste. Rose, Manitoba, Canada. Prior to 1 January 2015, it held the status of a town. The community is conveniently located approximately 50 km east-southeast of Dauphin, and approximately 300 km west-northwest of Winnipeg. As per the 2011 Census, Ste Rose du Lac had a population of 1,023.
The community is well-connected, being served by the Laurier railway station and the Sainte Rose du Lac Airport.
In the 2021 Census of Population conducted by Statistics Canada, Ste. Rose du Lac recorded a population of 997 living in 440 of its 479 total private dwellings. This represented a slight decrease of -2.4% from its 2016 population of 1,021. With a land area of 2.48 km2 (0.96 sq mi), the community had a population density of 402.0/km2 (1,041.2/sq mi) in 2021.
